A notification appears when Citrix Casting is launched and a Citrix Casting icon appears in the menu bar. Select Advanced in the panel and then choose Citrix Casting. Citrix says it is not their problem, but rather my employer's IT dept. I have a Mac and open Citrix Cloud via Microsoft Edge. I know it is not a mouse issue as I am able to click outside of the remote connection window and continue browsing with no problem. Or is this inside the remote VM I'm trying to access. To enable Citrix Casting using Citrix Workspace app for Mac: Go to Preferences. It is only within the remote desktop window that the mouse is gone.
